Returns & Exchange

It would give us so much joy to hear that you love your Fàáji pieces as much as we loved making them but we understand that things do not always go according to plan. Unfortunately, because all of our garments are custom-made to measure we are most likely will be unable to offer full refunds or returns unless the item is damaged or defective.
However, if there is an issue with your garment please do contact us at info@Faajicentral.com 
Please note that for health/hygiene reasons, we do not return or exchange products that are intimate including earrings. To process returns; please send us an email at info@Faajicentral.com with your concerns.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items. Also, currently, we are unable to refund shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will however endeavor to get it to you as soon as possible.
 
 
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
 
 
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund confirmation within 14 days, please contact us at info@Faajicentral.com.
After receiving the refund confirmation and you’re yet to see the refund, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted depending on the credit card company.
Next please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted depending on your bank.
